Starbucks App

Starbucks – App Launch & Rewards Campaign

Objective: Helped with the launch of the Starbucks mobile app and Starbucks Rewards program by building a strong user base. The creative needed to highlight app benefits, showcase the simplicity of its user experience, and drive downloads.

Creative Approach: We produced two :15-second video spots designed for mobile-first audiences:

Mobile Order and Pay – Demonstrated how users can seamlessly customize and order their drinks directly in the app, skipping the line and picking up with ease.

Variety – Highlighted the broad menu options and rewards perks, reinforcing both convenience and choice.

The tone was simple, clean, and intuitive—mirroring the app’s design language and making the benefits immediately clear.

My Role: I contributed to the creative development of these spots, shaping the narrative, motion flow, and visual design. I helped translate the app’s UX and perks into short-form storytelling that could resonate quickly with audiences across mobile devices.

Impact: The spots effectively showcased the value of the Starbucks App, encouraging adoption of Mobile Order & Pay and boosting participation in the Starbucks Rewards program.
